The minor was participating in the repair of the roof of the dormitory at the Shota Rustaveli State University of Batumi, located at Leonidze 15 when he fell. The boy was found dead by the ambulance team that arrived at the scene.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that an investigation into the incident has been initiated under Article 240 of the Criminal Code, which refers to the violation of safety rules during mining, construction, or other work.
