Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis has published a list of Georgian officials on whom visa sanctions have been imposed by Lithuania.

The individuals affected include the Honorary Chairman of Georgian Dream, Bidzina Ivanishvili; Minister of Internal Affairs Vakhtang Gomelauri; Deputy Ministers of Internal Affairs Shalva Bedoidze, Ioseb Chelidze, Aleksandre Darakhvelidze, and Giorgi Butkhuzi; Director of the Special Tasks Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Zviad Kharazishvili and his deputies, Mileri Lagazauri and Mirza Kezevadze; Director of the Patrol Police Department Vazha Siradze; and Director of the Criminal Police Department Teimuraz Kupatadze. These individuals will no longer be permitted to enter Lithuania.
According to Gabrielius Landsbergis, the listed individuals are accountable for human rights violations.
On December 1, the foreign ministers of the three Baltic states - Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia - issued a joint statement announcing their agreement to impose national sanctions on those responsible for suppressing legitimate protests in Georgia.
